I have already contacted the program under ticket-no: 8001793455. I would just like to post that Ryan was absolutely no help at all in solving my issue. I received an email stating that I had cashed in 175 points for a TGI Fridays $5 e-Reward Card. As I stated in my original contact, I did not order this. I don't even have a TGI Fridays in our city. Ryan was kind enough to remind me of how I had to have clicked twice to order this, instead of offering to investigate this further. Would really appreciate someone to look into this. It takes a long time to enter all of those codes, just to have Ryan dismiss a case so easy.
