What happens if you don't receive your reward? i have the tracking number and it says it was delivered. However it was not :( very sad .. 9261292700103813054483 is the tracking number for fed ex

Sorry to hear that, Janet. Can you call us regarding this? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you.

I get things on coke rewards all the time. The problem is the service delivery is sketchy. I've seen them leave things on my stoop. If there is a problem with delivery it's them. Coke doesn't sent the stuff registered to sign for.
