Did not receive my 20oz Coke Zero reward | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I ordered the 20oz Coke Zero reward from the brackets challenge on 2/21/13. I received a ship notification email the next day. I still have not received it. I ordered a 12-pk certificate after that and have already received it.

That's odd, Cynthia. Can you call us about this? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
