Did not recieve my movie tickets and #2 combo.

I have redeemed points on Jan. 4th for the Two AMC theatre silver experience tickets and #2 Combo and when I check to see where it is on my account it says fulfilled but I have yet to recieve them. Why?

Hi Tammy, these rewards can sometimes take a while to ship. Have you checked your shipping email for dates?
