Didn't receive gift card | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Although the status says "fulfilled", I never received a gift card I ordered during the "12 days of coke rewards" event. Is there any way it can be canceled and reissued?

Hi Anna. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually to make sure you receive your reward.
