Diet Coke half liter bottle caps do not work | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Just saw that Friday, diet coke caps will be tripled. I've sent about 50 caps that say "There was an error", and have not heard a response. Since mailing caps in, have another 23 that don't work. (The Coke, Sprite, and Coke Zero codes work). Will the problem with the diet Coke caps be fixed by Friday?

Hi David. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
