DISAPPOINTED! Program worthless now.

I am so extremely disappointed with the Coke rewards program, or the lack of, for that matter.  There was nothing wrong with the old program or its function. I have been participating in the program for MANY, MANY years.  Years ago you were able to enter 100 points a day.  That changed to maybe 120 points a week and then down to 75 points a week.  I understand this was an effort to purge everyone's points to zero. Having said that,  the NEW Coke rewards program does not work. There is no way to enter points, still.  This is very frustrating as many weeks have passed and I am still unable to use my points.  I can't get this time back. I have read many threads about this problem. I have followed the instructions, from a Coke rep. as to how to enter points and still there seems to be a non-working program.  Am I missing something? Thanks!
