I loved the old My Coke Rewards program. I have to hand it to the Coca-Cola company in that it kept my loyal for years. I would exclusively buy Coke products because of how fun it was to earn points and spend them on things I liked, such as Amazon gift cards. This new program, however, is terrible. I like working towards a reward, not gambling on sweepstakes.
I've still been keeping my coke tops and tabs in the hopes that your company changes to expand the new MCR program to something people enjoy more, but I haven't felt the need to enter points in months. I have even started to try products from other companies, such as Pepsi. My wife even likes Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi better than your brands alternative. You have lost business not only in my family but in several of my friend's families who also participated in the program. Please listen to your customers.
As for listening to your customers, before getting to the description screen on this website, a search was performed for similar conversations. The search found 2490 related posts as to this one, which I have to admit is more than I expected. It should be clear that the new MCR system is a big step in the wrong direction. The old MCR wasn't broken, but you sure tried to fix it anyway.
