Dissatisfied for slow shipment

Hi Margo, most rewards usually ship within 2-4 weeks, but some may take longer. Coca-Cola coupons typically take 5-6 weeks, DVD orders may take 6-8 weeks and magazine subscriptions usually take up to 8-10 weeks to complete processing and fulfillment. After ordering a reward you'll be provided with the estimated shipping time in a confirmation email. As stated in our Program Rules (http://www.mycokerewards.com/MCRRules.do), "All point redemptions for products are final.  Refunds, exchanges and other issues regarding the product redeemed are governed by the vendor’s terms and conditions applicable to the purchase and are not the responsibility of Sponsor."
