Points expire when you don't spend points or enter codes for 90 days. You can keep your account active by spending points or entering new codes. If you want your points back, please said that and I'll will list the steps.
Hi Abby, My Coke Rewards points expire after 90 days of account inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering a code or spending points. You will receive email message notifying you that your points are close to expiring but check your Account History to see when you last entered a code to be sure.
