I have been a member of mycokerewards for years, and all of a sudden it didn't recognize my email?!? So, I decided to try and log in with my facebook.....it had me register a whole new account! Now I am wondering where did my 1001 previous points go and why the heck did this happen? Please look into this.

We are sorry to hear this Angela. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually to get your account set up properly and return those points. NO, FIX YOUR PROBLEMS!!!! "COKE REWARDS' ADMINISTRATORS "TURNED-THE-KEY" ON A NEW VERSION OF THE WEBSITE AND DID NOT TEST IT PROPERLY TO FIND OUT WHERE THE "BUGS" ARE!!! BOY ARE YOU GUYS INEPT!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME OF INITIATING A NEW VERSION OF YOUR WEBSITE WITHOUT TESTING IT OUT FOR THE "BUGS". THE LAST OCCURRENCE OF THIS "TYPE" OF INEPTNESS TOOK OVER 1.5 WEEKS TO CORRECT ==>>ON YOUR PART. PLEASE LOOK UP ACCOUNT WITH THE NAME: saxmanJohn1951@sbcglobal.net AND RE-INSTALL THE PREVIOUS ACCOUNT; POINTS ACCUMULATED (7935 POINTS); AND,.....
