i JUST ENTER 2 - 12 PACK COKE ZERO CODES AND 1 CHERY COKE ZERO 12 PACK AND IT DIDN'T DOUBLE MY POINTS TO 20 FOR EACH ONE! THIS WAS BETWEEN 3:30 and 4:00 am on January 17th

Hi, I entered codes for two Coke Zero fridge packs (12 oz, 12-pack) for the double points promotion, and for some reason I wasn't awarded the double points. I know they were valid fridge packs because I was awarded 10 points instead of 20, and the only 10-point option for Coke Zero is for the 12-pack. Who can I talk to about this?
