I cashed in some points for the game stop ecard and got a old navy ecard. why didn't I get the game stop ecard?

Hi Aaron, we're sorry to hear this. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

Have the same problem, ordered the prize 16 hours ago, received and e-mail with code and a link to OLDNAVY, called mcr at 866-674-2653, csr told me to e-mail
mycokerewards@eprizefulfillment.com tell them briefly what happened, says they will e-mail me the proper link with code, now just waiting for a response from eprize fulfillment center, will update when available

I think putting "solved" is a bit premature, since I'm still waiting on a reply from eprize, solved as in an employee of mcr/eprize acknowledged the problem and replied, or as in the customer received there prize as originally wanted ?
