I have had the same type of problem. I have "redeemed" 4 rewards for which I never received emails. I also scanned in codes equaling 3 rewards for free popcorn. When I returned to my account, 2 of those rewards no longer existed. I thought that perhaps you were only allowed to have one reward, but that is not the case. Also, the scanning of codes when using the Freestyle vending machine seldom worked. This new program has way too many "bugs" and way to few worthwhile rewards. Not worth wasting my time entering codes.
