Email Address Change! | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

The email associated with my account no longer exists, however, I can still access my account by logging in with Facebook. The only problem is I intend to delete my Facebook account as well but still want My Coke Rewards account. I MUST change my old email address to my current email address but cannot because any confirmation email you send me will be sent to an email that no longer exists...Can You HELP ME!?

Hi Gus, under 'My Account" please choose 'Edit' for your Account Information. Under 'Account', it'll give you the option to email Consumer Care and change your email address associated with your My Coke Rewards account.

I find myself doing these steps OVER & OVER again...sending emails, receiving emails, waiting 48 hours...this email change thing should be something WE should be able to do ourselves...this is terrible.

Hi Gus, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

I never changed my email account I don't know why it says that ,I have never seen customer service like this,The worst ever.no one helps at all
