I received an email several weeks ago stating that my points were about to expire and that if I redeemed some for a reward, I would get half of those points back. I ordered a salad spinner, and I have received the spinner, but the points have not yet been added back to my account. I did follow the link in the email to the rewards web site incase the email link had a code for crediting back the points, but nothing seemed to be different about the redemption process, so I just figured the points would be credited back with the shipment of the spinner, but no such luck. Will my points be credited back any time soon?
