Entered code, no points, says code has been used when tried again.

I entered a code that should give me 20 points, but my balance does not show that. When I try to enter the code again, it tells me this code has already been entered! Well, I did enter it, but where have my points gone!! Certainly not to MY balance!! What can I do to fix this??

We can still get you those points, Julie. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
