Entering Codes | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I'm having trouble entering codes. I've been a user for a long time and I was in the middle of entering codes when it said there was an error. I tried multiple codes, logging out and logging back in, using a different browser, etc. and every code I enter says there is an error in the code. I have not hit my limit for the week, either. How can I fix this?? Thank you.

All day long on the website it has not been recognizing codes for me. I entered in 7 different ones and for every single one it said Oops. I see on the website there's no "Contact Us" link. How is the company going to know there's a problem out there --- and it's not the user?
