Entering in Points | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have tried to enter in several codes today and on like the last 7 I got a message saying I entered it in wrong. I have double and triple checked the letters and numbers. This is not my first time entering points.. I have entered thousands!!! Until today I keep getting this message. Why!!!!????!!!!

Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They will make sure you get credited for those points.
