live cust. serv. could not help. they kept telling me to update my web browser. I did and got a lot of stupid ad-ons that i did not want. So I tried Chip for help...but that is as useless as teats on a cow.

Hi Gary, Please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Our website will not perform if you’re using Private Browsing mode in Safari.
