Error changing email address. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have been trying to change my email address (and home address) on my account for months now. Every time I try, I get an error message. The email address on MCR account has been deactivated. I have no way to get rewards because of this problem.I'd really like a solution to this issue!

Hi Amee, we're sorry to hear that. Our team will be happy to help. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
