ERROR MESSAGE AT MCR- LAST DAY FOR MATCH MCR FOR SCHOOLS

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ENTER CODES FOR ALMOST AN HOUR-SINCE TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO DONATE THEM TO MY SCHOOL FOR A MATCH. I HAVE CLEARED MY CACHE RESTARTED MY COMPUTER, TRIED FIREFOX- IS THERE A TECHNICAL ISSUE RUIGHT NOW? I HAVE BEEN AN MCR MEMBER FOR YEARS SO I DO NOT HOW TO ENTER CODES. I GET AN ERROR EVERY TIME- Oops-there was an error in the code you entered. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE A QUICK RESPONSE AND ANY TIPS. THANK YOU
