error when entering codes | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I entered some codes that I have never used and it said that they were used already. I know that they were not used.

yes, but only one. I just used Chip. I have 6 codes to enter. He did the first one fine. The second time I tried Chip said he had already answered this question, even thou I entered a DIFFERENT code. Good luck
