Error with points redemption | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I went to redeem 1,000 points for a 100.00 gift card and it took my points and then there was an error and I didn't receive my reward

That's odd, Donald. Can you give us a call about this? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
