Expiration dates on rewards and missing catalog item | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Two questions:

1. I have two rewards good for a child admission to the Oakland Zoo, but the front has an expiration date of March 2012. I was told by Coke that these passes "Do Not Expire" - is that really the case?

2. I've been saving and saving and saving points in order to get the set of 6 stoneware bowls (reward cost over 1000 points, can't remember exactly) and now they are not listed in the catalog. Can you tell me if they are out of stock? Getting them back anytime? In other words, did I waste my time saving up points for this item?

Hey Daphne, the stoneware bowls will be back in July. Regarding your other question, would you mind giving us a call so we can look into this further for you? You can call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

u would do better to go and buy the bowls the quality of my wireless headphones is so poor u want to throw them away. im sure i could go to $ store pay 5-10$ and far exceed what i got from coke.
