I usually recieve an email to inform me if my points are going to expire. When I get this email, I always go to www.mycokerewards.com and enter any codes I have or just log in if I don't have any. I logged in on 3/6/12 and my points were at zero. I went to my activity and it said that I lost all of my points due to inactivity on 3/4/12. I never recieved an email, so I had no idea. I even went to my email and checked my inbox, trash, and spam folders but there was nothing there from My Coke Rewards. I logged in today to enter more codes but was shocked to see all of my points gone. Can you please refund me my points and check your emailing list? My email has not changed and is still the same as I have it on your website

Hi Laurel, we will be happy to reinstate your points. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
