Faulty Product

I ordered a product with my coke points and the product does not work. I received the projection clock, bought brand new batteries and the clock does not work. There is an electric adapter associated with the clock although it does not come with the clock, you must buy it separately. However no where on the instructions or anywhere else does it tell you where you can buy the adapter. So, either the clock is faulty and I would like one sent to me that works or tell me where I can purchase the adapter so I can see if that will fix the problem. I have been collecting coke points for many years and have never had a problem. I just want the clock to work, so if you can help me solve this situation that would be great.
