Fedex is holding my item hostage

Hello - I am very upset. I won the Powerade NCAA March Madness Kit. I received a notification this past week from Fedex that they tried to deliver it to my home but could not because they needed a signature. I work all day and nobody is home to sign. I logged on to Fedex's website and chose for them to leave it at my local Fedex facility for my own pickup. Fedex continued to try and deliver it to my home two more times then told me they were not going to deliver it to my home again. I am not sure why they attempted to deliver two more times since I notified them on their website (completed the door tag form) to leave it at their facility. Finally, today (Saturday, April 28) I drove to my local Fedex facility 24 miles away from home to see if I could pick up my item because Fedex continued to try and deliver but couldn't because I wasn't home to give a signature. While at the Fedex facility I was notified that only 2 of the 3 expected packages were there and that they shipped the largest package (57 lbs.) to their facility in Duncansville, PA which is another 40+ miles away. I called the Fedex 800 number on the door tag and conveyed my frustrations of how they've handled my situation to which I was told to go to the Fedex facility in Duncansville (40+ miles away) and pick it up because they are open till 7PM. I was told they would ship the item back to Coke if I didn't pick it up. I didn't want to lose the prize so I drove the 40 plus miles to Duncansville arriving at approx 3:30PM well before the time I was told they would close only to discover they actually were closed. I don't want to forfeit the prize (the 57 lb box part) but I'm guessing I will have to. I'm very frustrated with Fedex and will never use their service again. It may be fruitless at this point but is there any way you can get this third package to me? Is there anything I can do? I have the other two boxes after jumping through so many hoops. Fedex for some reason is not doing its service by getting the third (57 lb box) to me. Please help! Thank you!
