my fondue pot also came without forks and I did call and was told someone would return my call,but no one did.This was a Christmas gift.

I called and was told someone would get back with me after they looked into it in 5-7 days. That was almost two weeks ago. I called them back and they said they were still looking into it and gave me half of the points it cost back to my account for my trouble. I hope they figure out what happened, the bottle shaped forks were the best part of it. I really hope they send us some.

I really don't understand the point of this forum if Coke is non-responsive to these issues.Had the same problem last year with the cookie jar...lid was a completely different color red than the rest of the coloring on the jar.They did nothing.If they don't send the forks,then the fondue pot is pretty useless.Mine was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I received my popcorn bowls and the big one is all busted up. Not sure how to make a UPS claim, no declarable value... Actually, that would make it "priceless"...
