Fondue pot missing items

I just received my fondue pot in the mail that I purchased with my points. When I opened the box, the only thing inside was the pot it's self. I thought it was supposed to come with fondue forks so I went and double checked with the description and confirmed that it was to include fondue forks as well as a card with the history of fondue as well as a recipe.

I called the number that day and told them what had happened. They said they'd look into it and I'd hear back from them in 5-7days and I still have not heard back. Is this an issue that they're going to fix?

I did call them and they told me they'd look into it and I'll probably hear from them in 5-7 days but she couldn't say if I'll get the missing pieces or not.

Mine also came without forks and I called and they said someone would call me and they never did...was a Christmas gift!
