The FREE 12pk is up to $4.99 retail not to include tax/crv. If the stores price is $5.99 do i have to pay the $1.00 diff.?

Hi Andrew, this coupon is only valid for up to $4.99 of the purchase price. It is up to the retailer's discretion whether or not to charge the remaining balance.
