FREE 12-PACK | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Hello I had a reward 11/20/13 for a Free 12-Pack Sparkling Coupon (Wednesday Deal) and have not received it yet. It is still saying "Processing" Its May/2014 and I still didnt get it?? Hope you can help I am a die hard Diet Coke fan and supported Coke for many many years :)
