Good day! I redeemed 30 points in December for a free 12-pack sparkling coupon. I haven't received it. Any ideas?

Oh no, Alyson! We can look into this for you. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
