When people redeem their points for free coke product coupons I wish that you could send them more discreetly. Send them in a sealed envelope. The way you currently send them lets other people see whats inside and is more likely to be stolen. It's a federal offense to interfere with mail but doesn't seem to matter to where I live. This has been the case for me and may be to others as well. This could be the reason as to why some don't ever recieve theirs.
