I am very frustrated! I can't get anyone to help! I bought six flag tickets with my points, but the link is broken to redeem the code. I am supposed to go this Saturday!

We can help, Jennifer. Please just give us a call. You can call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

I called 3 times already, each time I have been told to contact eprize. I am very frustrated and upset!

I would just like my points back because I had to buy the tickets from Six Flags. Everything was set-up to go tomorrow (booked hotel, people invited, time taken off from work) so I had to make sure that I had the tickets. I have been dealing with this for over a week. I did receive a reply from eprize, they only informed me that my code expired last saturday. I emailed them twice last week (before the code expired). I love coke products and never had any trouble till now.

I just noticed an email was sent today that stated my coke points would be reinstated, I checked and the points are there.
