Frustrating customer service

Cannot log onto my regular MyCokeRewards account. Cannot get any response from customer service to solve the problem. If it's because I have a beta account I would rather be on the original program. I want to be able to use my points without regard to the levels in beta. Very irritating and frustrating!

Hi Angela, Please allow 5-7 business days for a response via email. You can also call 866-674-2653 anytime 9 a.m.-7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

I can not login either! This BETA thing is so annoying and customer service does not help!
Clear your cookies, clear your cache, I work as a digital project manager, I know how to check this stuff. It is not a browser issue!
