FTD Reward - Not so much of a reward!

So disappointed in the FTD coke reward. Nowhere in the description does it say that at checkout they will add a minimum of $17.95 service fee to the price of the flowers. I could have ordered flowers much cheaper elsewhere even without spending 600 of my coke redwards points.VERY DISAPPOINTING!
