FTD problem

I used 500 points to get a $25 FTD credit. When I tried to use it, FDT not only increased the price of the flowers, they would not accept the $25 reward. I tried it both online and I had to call their phone line. The person there was no help, told me that $25 credit from Coke Rewards did not exist. I will never use FDT after all that, and I would like to "return" the $25 reward and get my points back please. Thank you.
