Get off MyCokeRewards! | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

How can I unenroll from MyCokeRewards and your entire marketing machine? After having saved points for many months and not having had time to update my account with more codes, I go on a week's vacation and missed the 3 day warning. I come back and my entire point balance has been wiped out. All i can think of saying is F U. I think I will switch to Pepsi.

Hi Al, your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90 day period. We will be glad to return the points though. Just head over to the site: http://CokeURL.com/8pnf and talk to our new agent, Chip. He'll be happy to help.
