I entered a code and it was rejected for some kind of problem and the computer told me to reenter the code however when I went to enter the code again it said it was a duplicate code and it was not used ever before I did not get the points for this code and it was not a duplicate code I want the points I was supposed to ge the code is 4HR4HXKXXPRW5P I just want you to give me the points for this code I have e-mailed the website before with the chat prompt on the yahoo site and I got nowhere with that site

I have already talked to Chip and I got nowhere with him. His answers were toatlly useless!!!!!!!!!! Fix this now please
