I echo this poster's comments -->> "Some people received an email from you telling them that since they were disappointed about the confusion that happened on the 12 Dicember for the limit on the 12 pack of Coke, you would give them one additional 12-Pack Sparkling coupon for zero points and I would like to know if this is for everybody that entered that day or just for people that received the email? I was too late for the facebook offer, and I only ordered one pack free on the 12 december, and I too was disappointed when you changed the limit from 4 to 1 that very night."
And I add --->>> I, and the members of my family, ALL saved our points to be able to redeem for 4 12 packs on the 12th day of the reward program. All of us were frustrated with your last minute rule change and only got 1 each. Additionally, ALL of us were too late to get the extra 12 pack you offered to people who were lucky enough to be on your Facebook page at the right time the day before the 12th day went "live." Now, as an added frustration you are offering to send a coupon for an extra 12 pack to those lucky enough to already get a 12 pack on the Facebook site, but not to people like me who have "liked" you for a long time and missed out on your Facebook offer. You also allowed those people who again were lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time to get unlimited redemptions in the approximately one hour time you made that available the other day - a time when many of us could not be there, checking the MCR site for various reasons (hub, son, and I all working, and daughter taking college final exams for our family). To say I am frustrated is an understatement. What I would really like to see yo do is make this right for those of us who have diligently purchased and consumed Coke products and saved the codes, and allow us each to redeem, at the very least, our saved 90 points for 3 more 12 packs - just as you had advertised on the MCR site all through the 12 Days of Christmas promotion.
