I was the victim of an email hacker who managed to get into my MCR account twice in the last 4 to 6 months. They redeemed my hard-earned points and I had them restored ONCE. Now last month, they struck again despite password and account changes. I called twice today to hear "I'm sorry it's not our policy to restore points after the first hacking." This last hacking cost me 710 points and I've been a MCR member since 2005. I am so mad at both the hacker and MCR. This was not my fault!!! After reading a lot of posts on here, I feel that Coke probably does NOT care about loyal customers! What can be done to make this right???
