Has Coke resolved the duplicate issue??? | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Has Coke resolved the duplicate issue??? I have two out of six codes that say they have been used already. I know they haven't because I save a few then enter them. This is not the first time this has happened. I may have to consider another drink :( Don't like the beta site either :(

Hi Tonya, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9 a.m.-7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
