Have to refresh screen to get site to accept code | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have been having trouble with site for weeks. It doesn't matter what computer I use. I enter the code. Sometimes I get asked what brand I got it from, sometimes not. I have to refresh the screen to get it to accept the code and give me points. Is anyone else dealing with this?

Hi, Clark! Sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode. I can not log onto the site at all. I click on Sign On/Join and i just get the same page, with no opportunity to enter my info. I emailed them and they told me that Internet 9 should work---it does not. Ever since they did the new site, can't do anything. Good Job!!! You've had enough time to iron out the kinks.

Hi, Jane. If you continue to have problems, please call 866-674-2653 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST M–F. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
