An XBox Battleship game was said to be shipped to me on June 3 according to my account via FedEx but there is no tracking number and I have not received the game.

The notification email is no help with an unknown tracking number.

I spoke with fedex and they don't have anything going to my address and also said that I will need a tracking number.

It is July 16th and I have yet to receive my Deluxe Battleship Movie Edition X-Box 360. Called customer service and they claime I will have to wait 8-10 weeks but my account status claims that it has been fulfilled, which obviousely it HAS NOT. I have no confidence that I will see this product. Consider this NOT answered until I receive my product.
