Its been more than six weeks and I still haven't received my rewards that show as shipped mid December. I spoke with a few customer service reps and they just told me to continue to wait and see if they come but they looked in your system and they don't show up as being returned. A friend of mine lives in the same state as me and we ordered ours at the same time and they shipped at the same time and she received hers weeks ago.
