I redeemed my points for a prize but I never got the email with my prize in it :( When I go into my preferences and if I go to "update email address" I am getting the confirmation email for that. I just never got the email for my prize! I have checked my spam filters and everything. Is there some way to resend the prize email. In my case it is a League of Legends code. Thank you!

Thank you for replying and helping me! When I go under the Unclaimed tab, it's just showing the Shutterfly offer. Under the Points History tab and Rewards History tab, it shows the prize.
