Help how do I down load a digital code? Your phone doesnt work says call back to busy to answer!

I turned in my points for 2 movie tickets & drinks with popcorn. I got email saying here is your digital code & to look for an email with my digital coupon. ( In the past the movie coupons arrived by regular mail) Anyway no email come with the digital coupon, so how do I use a digital code to retrieve it. I did write here before & was told that the instructions to download a digital code with in the email but I don`t see them. So please just tell me here. I have tried for three days to call the phone number but it always so we are to busy call back later! Thanks
