Hi Tammie, Your points probably expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90-day period. You will only receive an email alert if you have signed up for communications from My Coke Rewards. We will be glad to return the points as a one-time courtesy. Just head over to the site and talk to our new agent, Chip. He'll be happy to help. CokeURL.com/Chip

I spoke with the new agent Chip, and was referred to talk with an Official Rep regarding the points.

Hi Tammi, if Chip is unable to reinstate your points, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
