Help me, please.

This afternoon (Saturday 6 September), I entered points until I reached the limit. That gave me 1065 points to spend.

I spent 450 Points on a set of Red Street Style Headphones. The transaction processed properly – 450 points were deducted from my total (leaving me with 615 points), and I was told to expect my headphones in two to four weeks. Accordingly, I calendared 4 October as the date by which to expect the headphones.

I then attempted to spend 250 Points on a 12-Pack Free Sparkling Coupon. I had to try several times to make the transaction process. I finally got a screen informing me that my total was now 365 points – which means that the 250 points for the 12-Pack Free Sparkling Coupon were deducted – but I have no confirmation that the coupon was ordered, or when to expect its arrival.

Please check my account to see that the 12-Pack Free Sparkling Coupon was indeed ordered. If it was, please tell me when to expect it. If it was not, please order one WITHOUT CHARGING ME 250 POINTS AGAIN (since I have already been charged) and let me know when to expect it.

Hi Clifton, you can check the status of your order by visiting your Account and selecting, "Redemption History". You will also receive an estimated shipping time in your order confirmation email.That's the best place to check.
